Saturday Yoga for all levels at TBA

We offer a yoga class on most Saturdays at 10:00am.

Whether you are a beginner or a practiced yogi, this yoga class offers something for everyone. The moves and poses are tailored to improve your rock climbing but are wonderful for all other aspects of your daily/active life. You don't have to be a climber to enjoy the benefits this class provides. It is also the best rate in town at just $8 a class and only $5 for those that have a climbing membership. If you climb in the gym on the same day you take the yoga class you will receive half off the day pass for that day.  During class time the gym is only open for this yoga class, so you won't have to worry about other people watching you and distracting you from your practice.

Our teacher, Jessica Morrow, has been a student of yoga for 11 years and has studied under Bryan Kest, Ashley Turner and Dolly Stavros. She is certified by the Yoga Alliance. Her teaching style is active and fun with hands-on personal instruction. You will leave this class feeling accomplished and exhilarated. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily. If you don't have a mat we can provide one for you to use during the class. Our space is heated to 80 degrees which allows you to stretch more deeply and safely; so also bring a towel and some water.
