Download Our Waiver
Every climber at TBA must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before they will be allowed to climb. If you'd like to save time, just download our waiver, print it out, and sign it (for you or your child). If you are having a group function, please have participants complete waivers and then mail them in along with your registration information.
